Our prestigious client is one of the largest tech-enabled procurement and supply chain consultancy in the world, operating across 13 offices in Europe, North America and Middle East. an international firm, working for clients across multiple geographies and sectors. team comprises over 40 nationalities, and people are routinely deployed on projects across the globe. main aim is to help organisations reduce costs, improve internal processes, deliver higher savings, ensure savings are sustained, and upskill their procurement teams so that they can realise cost savings faster and more efficiently.we are looking to hire practitioners (procurement experts) across different vacancies and sectors, whom is focused on the end to end Procurement process, understand the Strategic Sourcing, Scope of work review and enhancement, Building RFPs, RFQs and RFIs, Bid/Tenders preparation from A-Z , Contracts and cost negotiation, Contract documents preparation, Managing active contracts, Procurement Analytical reports in regards to cost savings methodologies such as (Lump sum or decrease in the unit prices, Cost Avoidance ,etc,..), Spend analysis and market prices forecasting, Dispute Solving Skills • Strong communication and coordination skills between different parties, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, High Adaptability, Self-Motivated Professional • Nationality: No specific nationality (preferably who easily can work legally in KSA) • Required degree: Bachelor degree (Master degree is a plus) Specific certifications: • Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Diploma (CIPS) • Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute of Supply Management (CPSM) • Certified Supply Chain Professional from the Association for Supply Chain Management (CSCP) • Certified Supply Chain Manager from the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (CSCM) • Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) • or other relevant professional certificates. Specific skills: • Procurement experts ORACLE ERP System (SAP Ariba would be a + • Location of position: Riyadh/onsite (Depending on the project)- mainly within KSA • Years of experience : 8-15 years, • Languages: Fluent English is required - Arabic (is a plus) Purchase/Logistics/Supply Chain
