We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be part of our well-established team based in Muscat, Oman. You'll be a great fit if: • You want to act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure joining process is smooth • You can work collaboratively with each operation to fully understand each department's needs • You understand how to connect with top talent across across the region to discuss our live roles and help NES to find candidates who compliment our operations perfectly • You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and have create strong presence on social media to educate about NESF's opportunities and initiatives What you'll get: • Commissions • Fun, lively environment with plenty of staff nights out • Close knit team environment with a clear career progression path and regular training and development To be considered you need: • 3 years' experience of recruitment in an agency environment • The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative • Great communication skills both written and verbal Sales/Business Development
