Description:
The role holder is responsible for all stages of the product lifecycle from analysing data, creation, identification, validation, launch and evaluation. Work to negotiate and obtain competitive rates for campaigns and support with destination/product information to meet customer needs and align with the departmental growth strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the brand?s strategies to meet the needs of the business and achieve revenue growth in collaboration with management, ensuring objectives and product plans are aligned with corporate vision.
Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, long-term strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Review, collect and analyse data related to trends and sales and provide insights for the development of marketing campaigns.
Report, measure and make recommendations on all activities to improve the effectiveness of future products and sales.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (12+3) in Business Management, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality or a related discipline
Worked 5+ years within the travel, tourism, leisure industry or in Commercial & Sales
Previous experience in a product development role
Process improvement and managing large projects with accountability for implementation
