Events/Course Coordinator, Salary: 3000 AED, Age Required: 25+, Experience Required: 2 years in training/events management, Gender: Any, Nationality: Any

Position Objective: To ensure proper coordination of courses that can be in-house or public events. The position will also be responsible to coordinate implementation of consulting services that are related to training and BDS portfolio. This position does not require any technical responsibility to conduct trainings.

Major Stakeholders: Clients for whom training/consulting service is being provided, Hotels/training venue management for training venue as well as accommodation as will apply. Travel and Tourism companies (for visa, air ticketing and entertainment arrangement). Trainers/consultants who are implementing technical aspects of the service(s).

Major Responsibilities: Coordinate with hotels OR venue providers for preparation and smooth conduction of training events/courses. Coordinate with trainers/speakers for proper conduction of courses from preparation to implementation and post-course evaluation. Coordinate for letters of invitation for visa, visa application processes, ticketing (as applicable) with the travel agent partners(s). Coordinate for printing forms, stationary, handouts and other preparation activities with assigned trainer(s) and printing house. When need arises prepare necessary material in-house, identify and interview new trainers for future business growth, identify and contract with better vendors for relevant services to improve quality of training events/courses, coordinate with other departments for relevant matters, report every event summary report to management, Ensure implementation of training forms and adherence to standard procedure for courses. update information in system as required, ensure good relation with all stakeholders and coordinate with hotel for any error to be fixed while report any poor quality to management at earliest, Be available for urgent needs of clients out of official time on telephone/other media of communication.

Qualification: Experience in hospitality and events management, UAE driving license, excellent computer skills, ability to interact with people from various background, result oriented and self-directed, Bachelors or higher education in relevant field.
