Job Description
To create effective marketing content for digital channels like email, site updates, display, and social media advertising, you will oversee and direct a team of designers and a copywriter. Whether it's an A/B test or a more efficient method of doing something, you're always offering up novel suggestions. Given your digital marketing chops, you can develop eye-catching email and display ads that get people to click. You have exceptional management skills, including the ability to build and inspire a rapidly expanding team, guide them toward shared goals, and distribute tasks effectively. You enjoy working with internal clients as a partner on improved processes and you take great pride in coaching and mentoring others.
Qualifications:
Achieve or exceed sales, customer retention, and customer acquisition targets.
Participate in project kickoff meetings with internal clients, direct project efforts, and offer insight into how to address business challenges.
Direct a group of artists and wordsmiths in order to provide advertising content that drives sales and reinforces the brand.
Develop promotional resources for use in electronic mail, websites, and online banner ads.
Maintain the creative direction and expectations for specific projects, ensuring they fit the client, brand, retailer, and the overall business objectives, and are cohesive across the entire campaign.
Creative marketing for retailers and consumers, including the creation of promotional materials for use by the agency, its clients, and any prospective new clients.
To deliver work that is consistent with your brand and gets results, follow your campaign's guidelines.
Working knowledge of promotional media suppliers and versatility in working with different product requirements.
Direct artistic endeavors and teams in tandem with Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management from inception to finished product.
Determine the overall concept and visual tone, take part in the design process, and provide design solutions that boost participation and engagement across a range of initiatives and campaigns.
