Description:
To provide assistance as required to support the investor relations function in achieving its objectives. To undertake tasks in a way that ensures compliance with approved policies and procedures whilst fulfilling corporate governance and shareholder relations requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Gathering Market Intelligence
Liaison with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, Risk team on quarterly audits and RCSA
Facilitator of AGAM related activities to support Manager, Investor Relations.
Managing AGAM related affairs; minutes Update, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association review / update of the Bank and NBF Financial Services FZC from English and Arabic perspective.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in Finance or Company Secretarial
Professional Qualification (Preferable)
ACCA / CA and MBA
