Description:
Responsible for the management of activities within the engineering department, ensuring the standards and objectives of the department are implemented and maintained in equipment operation, staff management, and product quality to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct applicant screening and interviews for Engineering positions.
Make recommendations as to hiring, advancement, discipline and promotion
Assist the department head for in budgeting, procurement, capital projects.
Prepare and plan the schedule maintenance for all plant rooms or electrical, mechanical, civil, extra low voltage, By following the manufacturing guidelines, and third-party contractors visit.
Job Requirements:
A degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering or similar.
Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
Exposure to budgeting and basic accounting.
Positive attitude.
