RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Commercial Manager/Ship Broker will be responsible for the growth of their own book of business. Their responsibilities will include: servicing of clients, analyzing supply and demand data, contributing to market reports, managing operational and accounting matters, and assisting with new product and software developments, if desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5+ years of current Dry Bulk Shipbroker experience.Currently writing at least $250K+ in fixtures annually on Handy, Supramax, Ultramax, or Panamax vessels.Background at a leading ship brokerage is a plus - e.g. Clarksons, Howe Robinson, Mavega, Bancosta, HB Shipping, SSY, Ifchor, Velian, Lighthouse, Braemar, EA Gibson, Barry Rogliano Salles, Arrow Shipbroking, ICAP, Maersk brokers, McQuilling, Poten, Affinity, etc.
