Join our international team as a Beach Manager.
Beach Manager responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests to the venue
Delegate Staff to the set-up of the outlet in accordance with the pre-determined standards of the operation
Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations
Manage the beach area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant
Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all food and beverages served
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects)
Supervise opening and closing duties
Handle customer complaints in a professional fair manner
Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies
Greet customers upon their departure
To be a successful Beach Manager you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven work experience as Beach manager in the upscale, high-end beach club or hotel
Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Excellent communication skills
Skilled at multitasking
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
