Job Title : Architectural Designer Years of experience: 3+ Years Preferred field of work: Industrial projects ( Energy Related / Manufacturing / Power / Utilities ). Â Must have Software skills:
- Revit (Expert level)
- AutoCAD (Entry to Intermediate experience)
- Enscape (Entry to Intermediate experience)
- Sketch up (nice to have/know)
- Adobe Design Suite (Entry to Intermediate experience)
- Strong familiarity with all construction design disciplines (architectural / Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical )
- Must be a very strong team player with exceptional communication skills
- Position will report to myself - Global E&C Manager
- Position will be based in Dubai - C1 Office
- Candidate must be open to international travel and transfer if required in the future .

- Initiate and create project designs and plans including programming, pre-design, schematic design, design development, implementation, and delivery
- Work in tandem with E&C Project Manager to analyze and evaluate client project requirements and design alternatives based on site and code requirements
- Exercise architectural judgment in anticipating and solving complexities, determining program objectives and requirements
- Incorporate elements of Sustainability, Inclusivity and Technological Innovation into proposed design solutions.
- Participate in internal design reviews on several concurrent projects
- Generate and supervise design presentations; participate in new business pursuits and client presentations and interviews
- Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight
- When/Where possible, visit project sites to complete audits and QA exercises, including snagging and payment app reviews.
- Assist Global E&C Manager in updating Organizational standards as it relates to design standards, specifications and workplace guidelines.
