Job Title: Model N Technical Functional Consultant



Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)





Roles and responsibilities:

  • Need a resource with 14+ years of industry experience.


  • Resource must possess good Techno Functional expertise in Model PbyN application for atleast 7-10 years in various Model N Modules (Contract Pricing, Payer, Provider, Medicaid, GP, Validata).


  • Resource must have technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, JAVA and UNIX.
  • Any BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) will be an added advantage.


  • Resource must have expertise in working with global delivery teams and product vendor.


  • Experience in working/managing, Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Project


  • Good Analytical, communication, problem-solving and client management skills.


  • Good Understanding of support process, Incident, SR and Problem Management in any incident management tool (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc)


  • Exposure/Experience to Agile, DevOps Methodology.
