ERP Service Owner

- Take the lead and ownership of our ERP platform

We are looking for a self-starter who likes to get into details, while also being able to liaise with business teams and keep the big picture in mind. Think of yourself as taking the lead and ownership of our ERP platform. You will manage updates, upgrades, enhancements of features, design new features (with our vendors), enable defect fixes and also look into integrating other applications to the ERP in future. To enable you to do this, you will be supported by vendors and the IT team. You will understand how the system operates, and various business rules and processes to help you manage the backlog and prioritise. You will become the go-to person for all topics related to the ERP platform.
This role will report to the Head of Delivery and dotted line to the General Manager, Digital and Technology.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- c15 years of experience in IT (requirements, design, implementation, product ownership)
- Strong technical background.
- The ability to run requirement meetings, stakeholder management, vendor management and some background in testing would be beneficial, especially with running User Acceptance Testing.
- Technical and process solutions experience with multiple stakeholders and vendors is necessary. So is API experience with web technologies.
- MS Business Central experience will be an added advantage.
- Agile in thought and action but with attention to detail
- Think for internal and external customers. Be service delivery oriented.
- Finance and accounting knowledge would be beneficial.
