Have a technical degree in a related subject or have good, relevant industry experience.
Have 5-10 Years experience in Open-hole, Liner Hanger & cased-hole completion.
Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English.
