We are seeking a Senior HR Professional to join the Corporate Development Planning & Performance Management at Saudi Aramco.
The Corporate Development Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for implementing, administering and coordinating company-wide professional, academic development and enrichment programs serving employees and non-employees. You will provide advisory support, academic advisory, and counseling services to all employees to ensure an effective developmental process.
You will coordinate company-wide in-house, in-Kingdom and out-of-Kingdom professional, academic development & enrichment programs. You will be expected to monitor compliance with program ground rules. Provide professional and academic development advice, information and guidance in collaboration with departmental and administrative area training personnel. You will provide services inclusive of career planning, program selection and program criteria to ensure that organizational needs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Process employees' assignments and nomination/placement of professional development programs participants. Process for approval submitted transactions of accepted participants.
Provide customer guidance and monitor academic performance progress to ensure impactful outcomes and counsels participants as necessary.
Communicate regularly with sponsoring organizations about candidates' nominations/registrations, development plans and academic progress to ensure that corporate and national talent development needs are met. Advise customers or participants of approved policies and guidelines.
Screen and evaluate development program candidates and reviews nature of proposed assignment to ensure proper placement/meaningful plans. Assist in the evaluation or delivery of professional or talent development solutions.
Prepare various statistical reports on operational performance on monthly, quarterly and annual basis or whenever needed.
Conduct orientation for newly joined staff members and to newly joined participants.
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or Business and Management from a recognized and approved program.
You will have 7 years' experience in Professional development functions.
You will have strong human relations skills and understanding of Saudi Arab culture.
You will be able to maintain confidentiality and to tactfully handle sensitive issues.
You will also have Knowledge of Development Programs, Leadership & Professional Education courses.
You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that includes the ability to consult, coach, council, present and lead meetings.
You will also have experience of organizing and facilitating corporate events.
