bout the Role:

Sourcing and negotiating acquisitions of properties.

Conducting market research for specific regions while maintaining strong relation with all major real estate developers in the country.

Conducting Feasibility studies.

Coordinating with potential Landlords & Developers to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Keep records of Profit and Loss statement and plan accordingly.

Negotiating lease agreements.

Reviewing contracts.

Tracking store leases expiry dates and renewals.

Collaborating with Legal Department to ensure official legal documents are executed as per the commercial and financial terms agreed between both parties.

Ensure accuracy in forecasting the new store openings as per the expansion plan.

he following are essentials for the role :
10 years or more experience in the same field and well aware of the UAE Market.

Experience with Real Estate, Lease negotiation and existing network of contacts.

Innovative self-starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough problems.

Relevant experience with Café Establishments or F&B sector.

The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Attention to detail.
