Kennedy Property, a modern real estate agency located on the Raha Beach, Raha Mall in Abu Dhabi, is looking for an experienced and organized individual to oversee office operations. Previous administrative, HR and personal assistant experience in the UAE is essential, and experience in a Real Estate Agency is preferred.Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring smooth office operations of the office from open to close during weekdays
  • Liaison with developers and other real estate service providers for contracts, commission claims, availability
  • Liaising with external PRO company for visa processing, trade license renewals and arranging of Agent broker card etc
  • Business support for CEO - coordinating with employees, writing emails and other documents, problem solving minor issues, collecting and organizing all issues and presenting them to CEO on a regular basis for discussion and solution, organizing business files
  • Liaising with developers and banks to ensure smooth, fast transactions and accurate paperwork
  • Other administrative tasks
