A counselor serves as an indispensable individual at Score Plus Education. Score Plus provides Test Preparation, Admissions Consulting, and Academic Tutoring support to students seeking to excel in a career for higher studies and better employment opportunities. A counselor will work cooperatively with other departments, branches, and sales teams to ensure sales goals are exceeded and clients have a best-in-class experience. He/She will be responsible to ensure client satisfaction through applying best practices and cooperative teamwork across business channels.Business Development and StrategyØ Responsible for Enrollments Targets as assigned and Promotion of the Test Prep courses in institutional areas i.e. schools/ Colleges/ InstitutesØ Providing complete information to clients based on their higher educational needs and goalsØ Tie up with various Schools & colleges for our education productsØ Encouraging the prospects to walk into the center for counselingØ Establishing relationships with the clients to provide the best customer service for all coursesØ Generation of the database of prospective students from schools & collegesØ Counsel Students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, study habits, and career planningØ By cross-selling relevant productsØ Guide students for various abroad study options and college/university admissions criteriaØ Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements and financial aid opportunities,Ø Collaborate with teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of programsØ Attend professional meetings and educational conferences in order to maintain and improve professional competenceKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesØ Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skillsØ Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone or in-personØ Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationshipsØ Drive and self-motivation to generate revenue by selling company productsRequirementsØ Minimum Bachelors DegreeØ Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales (GRE/GMAT/SAT/IELTS/TOEFL) and MarketingØ Ability to network and build work alliancesØ Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectivesMeasurements (including, but not limited to)Ø SalesØ Customer Service & Course OperationsJob Types: Full-time, ContractWork Remotely:
