IBG Consulting is looking for an experienced and dynamic “Business Consultant”, who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as is able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales and revenue team to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly requirement of revenue on the B2B business model. As the Business Consultant, you are responsible for generating and developing sales, providing sales consultations. This involves developing scoping new areas of business, cold calling, developing strategic partners, networking, document creation, client interfacing, and maintaining the client database. Sales Professionals need to be multi-talented. You will develop a robust understanding of IBGs’ business functions and work collaboratively with the leaders to generate value from actionable insights. You will be a critical partner for business leaders across the sales teams.This position will be based at IBG’s headquarters, Dubai, UAE, or/and flexible also for remote working (during this special time). You will be reporting to the Sales Director. There is a significant opportunity for career progression at IBG.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The purpose of the Business Consultant is to support the company’s sales function for regional expansions and support the client’s business growth planning and assistance for setting up the foundation in UAE. You will be accountable for providing strategic insights and solutions to decision-makers based on market trends & insights for the designated region. This role will work closely together with the sales, product, and marketing team in providing insights and solutions to various growth issues and driving forward strategic direction.

  • Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with core value-added products to drive new/existing business in the French regions.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop a good relationship with channels, distributors, business partners, and clients.
  • Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets within the region.
  • Develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
  • Provide channel partner enablement in a defined territory to include: regular product and solution updates, customized workshops, and any other required tasks to enable the partner to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium size opportunities.
  • Maintain databases of clients, and grow each new sales into strong account references.
  • Highly analytical and a star problem solver.
  • Responsible for presenting a yearly plan in terms of financial forecast to the management.
  • Responsible for ensuring the inbound sales team meets its expected targets month-on-month basis.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks, market trends, and propose initiatives
  • Ensure a smooth and timely business cadence
  • Ensure a collaborative planning process with all internal and external stakeholders landing strategic plans and daily operations effectively
  • Manage monthly demand forecast aggregation including consensus between functions and stakeholders
  • Work closely with partners to understand their needs and plans and ensure satisfaction
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree. at least 5+ years of sales, account management, and business development experience in the UAE industry.
  • French and English languages are MANDATORY.
  • Skilled at solution selling and project selling, channel management, prefer previous experience in business advisory for UAE, Europe, America, and Asia.
  • Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, team player. High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Abundant experiences in the business advisory sector or/and retail industry of UAE.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
