MOLD MEDICS: Pittsburgh’s highest rated mold remediation and indoor air quality company is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative! This is the ideal position for a person who is excellent on the phone, upbeat, organized, a strong verbal and written communicator and able to make people laugh. The Customer Service Representative role is a vital member of the team as they set the tone of the customer’s entire experience with Mold Medcs. As the Voice of the business the CSR will work the phone and help customers solve their indoor air quality issues by setting them up with the right solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, your day will include answering the phones, scheduling of mold assessments and air duct cleaning services, responding to online inquiries and more.We offer:

  • $35,000-$45,000 per year in Total Compensation

*Customer Service Representative responsibilities include: Fill the Schedule for Mold Remediation Sales Teams
  • Answer inbound calls for service.
  • Qualify the client’s needs and match them with appropriate sales rep.
  • Respond immediately to online inquiries or messages from other platforms.
  • Enter customer information into the CRM system.
  • Prepare the customers expectations for what to expect when working with Mold Medics.
Selling and Scheduling of Air Duct Cleaning Services
  • Answer customer questions about the service, processes etc.
  • Overcome customer objections and book duct cleaning services.
  • Offer additional services as appropriate.
  • Moving and adjusting service schedules as needed.
Other Sales Support Duties
  • Contact previous customers for Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Follow up with unsold customers.
  • Create posts to social media sites.
  • Assist sales, marketing and operations staff with other duties as assigned.
Our Customer Service Representative must have the following qualifications:
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
  • EXCELLENT Phone voice and communication skills
  • Able to manage and organize schedule
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with team members and customers.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Comfort with technology including web based systems and basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel etc.)
CSR Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday.
  • 8:30 am -4:30pm.
  • Position available as Hybrid position - Work from home 2-3 days a week and work from office 2-3 days per week.
  • For work from home, applicant must have a dedicated workspace free from ambient noise/distractions that could interfere with call quality.
