Overview The Tailored Audiences Operations Specialist/manager will execute, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize audience delivery for digital, advanced TV and other targeted marketing campaigns aimed at both branding and disease education objectives. This position is responsible for properly setting up all components of getting privacy compliant audiences with use of proper naming conventions and proper implementation for deployment by new and existing advertisers with multiple distributors. Products and services supported include: omnichannel direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising targeting and measurement for campaigns executed in digital, TV, video (over-the-top, OTT and connected TV, CTV), mobile, social, print, etc. Duties include:
  • Correctly traffic audience segments to vendors/partners in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate an understanding of digital and ad serving terminology and technology
  • Q/A proper implementation of audiences
  • Interface regularly with partners; resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies and business requirements
  • Manage analytic usage reporting and track deploy-to-revenue ratios
  • Troubleshoot internal and external issues for go-to-market teams and partners
  • Manage trafficking and implementation of campaigns and audiences as needed
  • Monitor all active audiences
  • Coordinate with client data feeds, as necessary
Key qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Sciences, Data Management, or related field experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of additional or parallel experience in digital/TV targeted media marketing operations and a strong understanding of the complexities of building and deploying addressable consumer audiences
  • Proficiency and familiarity with key partners and understanding of LiveRamp, Experian, ALC(Adstra), LiveIntent and other related partners preferred
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
