Learn more at gore.com/products/industries About the Role: We are looking for a Clinical Complaint Specialist to work remotely with the Office of Medical Affairs. In this role, you will deliver expert medical review and analysis for select product surveillance complaints as a key stakeholder in the complaint investigation and closeout process. You will work closely with the product surveillance, business, and legal teams as they provide medical affairs service for product surveillance complaints.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complaint-related medical records are appropriately reviewed and summarized
  • Construct clinical summaries for select product surveillance complaints
  • Participate as a stakeholder in the complaint closeout process
  • Identify and pursue process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed medical professional with a relevant degree (e.g. RN, MD)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with cardiovascular or general surgical medical devices
  • Successful experience working independently and on cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be self-directed and motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people and job functions
Desired Qualifications:
  • Legal nurse experience or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with medical device product surveillance and complaint processes
  • Experience with medical record review and summary
