You are outgoing, have never met a stranger, and comfortable striking up a conversation with just about anyone. Can you sit down at a table of strangers and become the highlight of the night? We want someone who is always excited to meet new people and build long-lasting relationships. Which means not only can you talk but you must also be able to listen and discover a client's needs. In your personal time, you might spend your time browsing and being excited by wedding magazines or home décor.What you’ll do: Build relationships! You will attract new clients via happy hours, brunch, networking events, social media, email introductions, and cold calls. That's right, we are paying you to have fun! We want to create a personal connection with new clients and continue to charm our existing ones. If you are in the office, you are not building relationships! You could almost call this a sales position, but you are really building long-lasting relationships and cultivating partnerships. This is a salaried job and NOT commission-based. Why? Because we value relationships, not the quick sale.What we’re looking for:

- Our clients schedule their events 24/7 therefore, you need to be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional nights and weekends.
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Degree in hospitality or events.
- School or community leadership.
- Possess great attention to detail.
