Due to a forecasted increase in a portfolio of projects, we are seeking Rail Sector Construction Managers for expressions of interest across a number of global locations. Our Construction Managers have been making positive impacts across a number of continents already: -

UAE- Helped to deliver engineering and design services for the 900 km Etihad Rail Network
Malaysia - Supported an increase in the Kuala Lumpur metro area rail network on the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit
Australia - Acted as Technical Advisor on the Victorian Rail Infrastructure Programme in Melbourne
China - Project Managed and supervised the construction of a 73km high speed railway connecting cities of Hefei to Fuzhou
Brazil - Acting as Technical Advisor to develop 510km of High Speed Rail between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo
Saudi Arabia - Provided Project Management Support Services for the design and construction of the Phase I civil works contract

As a Construction Management Professional you will have already taken ownership and accountability of large scale rail construction projects to ensure clients satisfaction, budgets and schedules are all achieved. Your commitment to Health and Safety will be fostered through everyone involved on the project as well as contractors and consultants.Qualifications:As a successful candidate you will have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an engineering or construction management discipline with experience of successfully delivering large complex mega projects ($multi-billion + projects) with comprehensive working knowledge of major rail, transit, transportation or other heavy civils transportation projects. Your presentation skills will allow you to communicate effectively with senior leaders, our clients and a range of stakeholders and you'll have demonstrable experience of leading and inspiring large supervision teams remotely and on site. A key attribute you will possess will be the ability to foster inclusive behaviours as well as creating the right working environment for employees.
