Job SummaryAn exciting opportunity for a talented Production Co-ordinator to join our happy, creative team at TINKER TAYLOR. Passionate Principled Producers of outstanding video content, we continually strive to exceed our client's expectations and so are looking for an exceptional person, ready to exceed ours.TT have grown organically, 25% year on year over the last 3 years, however, we are ambitious and want to a scale up significantly over the next two to three years. We excel at what we do, the video content market is exciting and rapidly expanding, the potential just within our sector specialisms is significant.We’re looking a for a motivated and highly driven person, with a passion for film making, who is looking for an opportunity to learn within a highly competitive and fast-paced industry. The applicant should have an interest in all aspects of the film making process and be happy to assist with general day to day running of the business, in addition to specific duties relating to Production.Your role would include, but not be limited to: Assisting with all elements of Production as required, with opportunities to shadow and learn from experienced Producers, Cinematographers and Directors, both in the studio and on location. Providing support to the wider team.Attending meetings with the Creative Director, with existing and potential clients. Taking notes and following up on tasks set after the meeting, as directed. Opportunity to learn how the business works.Ad-hoc project work as required, which could include researching and presenting information in the form of a proposal, a script or a keynote presentation for a pitch. Research into potential new clients, working with the Creative Director and Production Manager to write and submit tenders.Booking camera equipment and crew, producing call sheets, managing and organising travel and accommodation requirements.Clearing memory cards, hard drive and maintaining kit ready for shoots. Backing up and ingesting footage coming in from shoots and preparing footage for the edit. Opportunity to learn more about Post Production from experienced Editors and Directors.TT film throughout the UK so flexibility with hours is essential. There are often long filming days, overnights for early call times and client deadlines to be met.This is an exciting opportunity to join our super friendly creative team, work hard and the sky’s the limit!Qualifications and SkillsThis role is ideally suited to someone with a strong work ethic, who is keen to learn and will throw themselves 100% at whatever task they are given.
