Title ASST. MANAGER, MECH & BLDG SERVS ENG
Education Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Advanced degree in the specialized engineering field is preferable, with Chartered Engineer certification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Experience & Skills
1. Minimum of ten (10) years experience of which at least five (5) years with an Operating Company, international consulting company or EPIC contractor in the fields of Piping, Static Equipment engineering in a responsible position, in projects related to Petrochemicals Industry, Oil & Gas, Civil and Infrastructure. Building Services (HVAC, Plumbing etc.), Materials & Corrosion engineering experience is desirable.
2. Engineering and managerial experience in design (specifications, layout and stress, including vendor document review), construction and commissioning support related to Oil and Gas facilities. Required to have Knowledge of International and Shell Design Engineering Practice standards related to his/her discipline area(s) and familiarity with engineering software in the relevant field(s).
3. Experienced in establishing/identifying training requirements of his skill pool, with at least 5 years in a Managerial position, including handling of approval and endorsement of technical deviations / waivers/ variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards and practices.
