Social Tribe is looking for an accomplished and reliable Sales Account Executive to help develop and win new business opportunities for the agency. Our core services include Social Media Strategy and Management, Creative Content Development, Influencer Marketing and Paid Media for the B2B industry. You will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling services, maintaining relationships with clients, and being an effective team player. From your experience, you will know how to provide the appropriate solutions for every potential client in order to drive revenue growth and close even the most challenging opportunities.Responsibilities:

  • To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their positions within their respective industries
  • Sell opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, ranging from medium to enterprise level businesses
  • To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Client Service teams to successfully close new opportunities that align with our core services and service model.
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and financial data
  • Compensation structure is a base salary with uncapped commission potential
Requirements (the non-negotiables):
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven success in turning cold calls into pitches
  • Experience in the B2B Marketing space is a major advantage. Agency experience is also a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and project management tools
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver exceptional presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Deep understanding of pricing and scoping to align with service delivery
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
