Primary purpose of job

•Ã‚ Â  Provide  technical  coordination  support  and  advice  to  Vice-President,  HSE  &  Business  Services  and  Department Managers on Directorate's business matters.

•Ã‚  Serve as DB Directorate's Focal Point on DB designated business matters with Directorates /Departments within COMPANY and external to COMPANY, such as Government of Qatar, local authorities and third parties.

 

Experience & Skills

•Ã‚  Minimum of 10 - 15 years of in-depth experience in various facets of the Engineering / IT & Telecommunication Projects / Facilities / Services industry, with at least 3 years in a Managerial position. Prior work experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage.

• In-depth experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Planning, Project Management and Scheduling is a must

• Experience or familiarity with Cyber Security systems and requirements

• Bilingual. Fluency in both written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.

Education

-  Minimum Engineering Degree in either Civil /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Discipline.

-  A Masters degree in Business Administration will be an advantage.

DB Technical Coordinator Qualifications:

· Managerial Experience.

· Bilingual English-Arabic (preferable).

· Oil & Gas Experience

· Career Stability.

· Business Excellence and BCM (Business Continuity Management). New

· Software usage experience such as SAP (preferable).

· Engineering experience.

· Proj. Mgmt / Scheduling.

· Business Planning.

· Analytical Skills Using different tools such as S curve etc.

· IT and Telecoms Projects experience. New

· Cyber Security Knowledge (preferable). New
