 Job purpose: 

To establish, maintain and develop relationships with Priority Banking customers through timely and effective responses, to all VIP customer queries. Utilise opportunities to cross sell products and services to High Net Worth individuals. Ensure all banking transactions are efficiently delivered. Sets the tone of customers' experience within the Branch and liaises between the Customer and Branch Personnel.

Key Accountabilities: 

To provide High Net Worth customers, financial services which exceed the customer's expectations by delivering competent, timely and efficient services. Delivering all security Items to the customers, while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. Providing high service level experience at the Priority Banking Centre. Deal and resolve customer complaint resolution, efficiently and in a timely manner. Cross-sell Bank's products and obtain leads and references for fresh customer acquisition.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in the field of sales, preferably in the banking sector

Qualification:

Essential High School / Diploma in any commercial related field.

Languages:

Known Written and spoken English and Arabic.

Technical /Business Skills:

Good banking market understanding a plus.Broad awareness of competitor products and services.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Excellent negotiating skills.Good interpersonal skills.Computer literacy a must.
