To conduct follow-up and coverage and resolve accounts in the pre-emptive bucket portfolio to conduct daily checks on the early warning indicators, whilst providing valuable feedback on the risks for timely action.
•Undertake tele-Calling on defined set of Bucket 0/Bucket.
•Meet the daily productivity & financial targets as defined.
•Interact with clients to procure market information & provide feedback to business.
•Ensure that customers' conform to the repayment plan & the bank norms in complete.
•Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers both internal and external.
•Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
•Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels.
•Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues and escalate them as appropriate.
•Identify and act on ways to improve own knowledge and skills and as a consequence improve the knowledge and skills level of the department.
•Provide support to other team members as required to assist in the smooth operation of the department.
•Maintain awareness of the department's Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
•Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the department.
•University Degree or Equivalent (Expat)
•Minimum 1 years' experience in collections / customer service preferably in a financial institution.
