Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible to receive and issue cash to POS cashiers and generate incidental reports and day to day management of central cash room operations of Retail and L&E division

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure that cash room is strictly operated as per cashiering policy

• Adequate cash is available on all days for changing at Sales locations

• Issuance of daily floats and cash/card/promotion vouchers/accounts receivable invoice settlement at the end of the shift

• Daily spot checking, skimming and exchanging of POS cashiers big note with their required denominations

• Deposit Valet parking collection on daily basis

• Accumulate daily cash collection from all cashiers and handover to security for bank deposit

• Update daily records and reconcile Al boom, Accounts receivable and promotion vouchers

• Prepare reconciliation of cash and card sales everyday

• Prepare daily shortages/excesses reports of all cashiers and send to respective business managers

• Prepare monthly summary of shortages/excesses cashier wise and department wise and send it to respective managers

• Prepare semi-monthly reports for Al boom, Accounts receivable, promotion vouchers and submit to EMG finance

• Answer any queries from attraction operation which are related to cashiering

• Any duties that may arise from time to time




Qualifications, Experience & Skills:


• Bachelors Degree

• Qualification in accounting & finance


• Minimum 2 years of experience in same field


• Good Communication skills

• Interpersonal skills

• Accounting skills
