Digital Marketing Manager

The job holder is responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in driving the digital marketing strategy for the planning as well as overseeing the execution of digital communications which includes PPC, Display, Web, Mobile, CRM and Loyalty strategies for all Emaar Entertainment brands.

Key Accountabilities:

Preparation and implementation of Digital Marketing Strategies for Emaar Entertainment.

Project management, in terms of digital marketing applications, including website and mobile app launches.

Watching global web design trends and updating website or apps based on trends.

Ensuring excellent customer journey and user experience as well as immaculate e-commerce experience on digital platforms.

Driving SEO and SEM strategy forEmaar Entertainment attractions.

Performance driven, driving online KPIs for success.

Appointing and managing agencies in implementation of all type of digital marketing strategies and implementation.

Developing and implementing social media strategy.

Developing CRM strategy for Emaar Entertainment and overseeing the implementation in order to increase Emaar Entertainment customer database.

Overseeing Emar Entertainment websites as technology guardian and ensuring the brands are represented by latest global technology and design standards. Planning for technology upgrades and website revamps when required.

Works closely with Emaar Group CRM and Social Media team, developing synergies and introduce good practices to Emaar Entertainment.

Prioritizes and plans tasks well and completes tasks within set deadlines with the digital team.

Monitoring competition and global trends in digital marketing constantly, coming up with innovative and fresh ideas.

Monitoring the performance of all digital activities, developing and implementing action plans to increase performance.

Monitor, train, coach, motivate and assess Digital Marketing Team and ensure their tasks are accomplished up to the company standards.





Minimum Graduate, ideally with specialization in the field of Digital Marketing


Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing field, minimum 2 years of experience in managing at least a team of 1 or 2 persons.

Proven experience with Google Adwords, Display, Analytics, SEO, SEM, Email marketing, Mobile and Web Marketing, Social Media and Social Media Analytics.
