Job Duties:

Prepares sales targets and ensures assigned sales targets are met by sales specialists for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.

Manages tender preparation and ensures computation of quotations by sales coordinators/sales specialists.

Ensures productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts are maintained by sales specialists.

Ensures demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty are informed to the Business unit manager and Marketing & Business Development manager

Ensures product growth targets in the assigned geography or customer accounts are achieved by sales specialists.

Ensures all Purchase requisitions, Delivery requisitions, Sales invoice, Pro forma, delivery order, LPO and related documentation are completed.

Assists in the production of presentations and supporting material in coordination with Marketing & Business Development department, such as technical papers or customer references, to help win business.

Represents the company during Trade fairs, Exhibitions, Marketing Events, Conferences etc in coordination with the Marketing & Business Development Department.

Conducts periodic market analysis and presents findings to the business unit manager.

Assists the business unit manager in preparation of strategic sales plans for the business unit.

Ensures the implementation and adherence of all company policies and procedures by all sales specialists.

Ensures resolution of all customer complaints in a timely manner.

Presents the reports on sales for the assigned product lines and sales to individual customers to Business Unit manager as per reporting guidelines and company templates.
