Job Description :

Manages the day to day operations of all AMMCS dental business unit.

Develops and implements tools required for efficient delivery of dental products and services for all AMMCS' customers/clients.

Oversees delivery of AMMCS' products and services to the existing clients and ensures that the services delivered are of superior quality.

Leads the dental sales department to maximize AMMCS' business volume and revenue levels and continually increasing its market share.

Monitors business performance and profitability of individual product ranges and product lines and meeting quantitative targets by month, quarter and year for the dental business unit.

Identifies resources required for the dental sales department and ensures they are acquired and provided as required.

Develops back-up plans to compensate for any shortfalls in budgeted revenue levels.

Manages all Sales lines (Dental equipments, Dental instruments and materials) of dental business unit.

Ensures inputs are provided to the Tender Team-Marketing & Business Development department regarding project bid submissions related to the business unit.

Proactively scans market and provides recommendations for introduction of AMMCS' products and services and pricing to Marketing Manager and Business Units Manager.

Liaises with the Materials Manager for procuring all products for AMMCS education business unit.

Coordinates with the Materials Manager regarding all new supplier evaluations.

Proactively participates in the development and implementation of AMMCS' strategic business plans, which ensure effective positioning of AMMCS in the UAE market and the region, in line with AMMCS' short-; medium-; and long-term strategies.

Assists in the implementation of product segmentation strategy to allow for slight variations of different products and services to different groups of customer base which will help increase market share and improve profitability.

Ensures the implementation and adherence of all AMMCS policies and procedures in AMMCS dental business unit.

Provides reports to the senior management as per company policies and procedures.

Personally maintains relationships with key clients and principals and their representatives.

Maintains strategic relationships with key client representatives to attend to their queries pertaining to Sales Department.

Facilitates resolution of any disputes vis-à-vis Sales Department.

Oversees overall relationship management with the respective Sales Department' teams.

Represents AMMCS and dental sales department in professional associations, conferences, venues, Trade fairs etc., to portray AMMCS as a competent and leading organization in its field.
