Manage the company’s daily operations business.
Coordinate and supervise logistics and procurement.
Manages relationship with customs clearing and forwarding services third parties.
Effectively lead and develop the logistics/commercial department and the Warehouse.
Ensure client satisfaction by timely supply and correct delivering and invoicing.
Optimise material movement and supply chain management, ensuring that inventory levels are properly maintained.
Organizing and monitoring physical inventory counts.
Ensuring inventory quality and compliance with Doka quality standards.
Enable smooth and cost-effective logistics, reviewing freight costs to monitor cost effectiveness.
Implement strategic business and/or operational plans and programs.
Support and promote the strategy realisation.
Continuous staff development.
Plan material requirements and optimise/control logistic processes for the country.
Analyse and identify potential optimisations/improvements in all areas of Operations.
Regularly meet the Sales Team regarding order details including product availability, delivery dates, return dates, order cancellations and any other status updates.
Define and update product portfolio.
Effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
Degree in Logistics/Economics or Engineering or equivalent qualification
Ideally 5 years experience in operations, ideally in the Middle East
Preferrably formwork / construction knowledge, DOKA product knowledge would be a distinct advantage
Experience in contracts, negotiations and commercial calculations
Team management experience
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
Attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle various projects at the same time
Strong personality with technical understanding and leadership skills
Strong intercultural and communication skills
Excellent English is a must
