Hybrid We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Administrator to support our recruitment, client services, and office operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, a fast learner, and confident managing systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, and manage recruitment documentation.Maintain accurate data in CRM and ATS systems; generate reports and updates.Prepare proposals, contracts, and key client documents with precision.Act as a central point of support for clients, candidates, and internal teams.Assist with office operations, internal communications, and project coordination. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years in admin, recruitment support, or client-facing roles Excellent Excel and data handling skills Strong CRM and software system experience (ATS, CRM, etc.)A fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tools and processes Clear communicator with strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
