Human Resources Professional (SHRM & CIPD)Manager – Projects (UAEN)Location: Dubai-UAEEmployment Type: Full-time Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Manager – Projects to oversee and manage the delivery of large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. The role will ensure projects are executed successfully within the approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards, while aligning with organisational objectives.Responsibilities Support the Project Lead in implementing project management strategies to achieve organizational goals.Oversee project contract works, ensuring adherence to scope, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.Manage and monitor project schedules, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.Track costs, budgets, and overall progress, preparing accurate reports for senior stakeholders.Obtain all required permits and NOCs from authorities to ensure smooth execution.Participate in project meetings with consultants and contractors to review progress and resolve issues.Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Development, Procurement, Contracts) to align project requirements.Review contractor claims and payment applications to ensure adherence to contract terms.Evaluate on-site performance of contractors and consultants against quality and performance benchmarks.Ensure effective handover of completed works to Operations, including management of defect liability and snagging activities.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.8–10+ years of experience in project management, including 2–4 years in a leadership role.Previous experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is essential.Developer-side experience (minimum 2 years) is preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.Strong expertise in construction and project management.Proficient in project planning and reporting tools (Primavera preferred, MS Office, Power BI).Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Skilled in risk, issue, and change management.Strong analytical and reporting abilities.Ability to foster collaboration and drive results across cross-functional teams.Core Competencies Execution & Delivery – Outcome-driven, ensures operational excellence.Accountability – Takes ownership of work and results.Teamwork & Collaboration – Builds trust and strong cross-functional relationships.Effective Communication – Clear, timely, and impactful communication.Innovation – Seeks new opportunities and continuous improvement.Customer Orientation – Anticipates and responds to client needs effectively.How to Apply Interested candidates can directly apply or submit their CV with the subject line "Manager – Projects" to Mahwish@talentstides.com.
