Join us and be part of a team dedicated to shaping the future of technology and delivering value for our clients.In this role, your responsibilities will include: Understanding specific project requirements and completing all assignments allocated by your supervisor(s) and program leader(s)Shadowing your supervisor(s) and program leaders, asking relevant questions to reinforce your understanding Conducting additional research independently to strengthen knowledge and learning Participating in all technical trainings and attending business unit or functional workshops as scheduled Completing all mandatory soft skills training scheduled by human resources Attending and participating in meetings with various stakeholders across the organization Raising concerns and suggesting improvements to supervisors or program leaders Exhibiting Emerson's core values as guiding principles Adhering to all health and safety practices across the organization Willingness to travel to different MEA office locations as needed Analyzing data and writing reports according to predefined specifications Taking notes and sharing findings with supervisors and stakeholders Collaborating and establishing professional relationships with stakeholders Who you are You are proactive in identifying future policies, practices, and trends within the organization, marketplace, and competitors. You prioritize actions with a business and market focus, adapt communication styles to diverse audiences, and encourage diverse ideas and opinions.
