This role mainly handles events of moderate complexity and requires strong communication and leadership skills. You will ensure seamless event turnover by following established procedures, collaborating with team members, and maintaining accuracy from sales through service and back to sales. Recognize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Assist in the sales process and revenue forecasting for customer groups, acting as a liaison between sales staff and customers during all event phases (pre, during, post).
