Drupal (IBM Developer Portal )Developer and Web UI Specialist We have an urgent requirement for Drupal(IBM Developer Portal )Developer and Web UI Specialist (Front End Dev (PHP) experience for one of the bank in Abu Dhabi Develop, customize, and maintain the IBM Developer Portal using Drupal.--Must ROLE PURPOSEDevelop, customize, and maintain the IBM Developer Portal using Drupal.Customize IBM default themes with expected themes and design.Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.Proven experience as a Drupal Developer with a strong portfolio of Drupal-based projects.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and frameworks like React or Angular.Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure the portal is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the portal’s functionality and performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Drupal development and web UI design.Experience with other content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Must have experience of Banking, Delivery methodology, and implementation of best practices Responsible for supporting the delivery teams from end-to-end delivery standpoint.Contributed to best approach strategies for implementation based on Process Analysis.Must have strong knowledge on release management through Dev Ops & automation testing Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects in organisation.Support business Users to translate business requirements to Vendors (in technical steps) and vice-versa Prepare/Review IARs and related documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks.Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users’ needs and within the agreed upon time parameters.Execute the ad-hoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal Objectives related to group including international expansion.Support “go-live’ and post ‘go-live’ activities for projects and any releases to production.Support Disaster Recovery (DR) environment and ensure that DR requirements including related documentation are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Drupal development, web design, and user interface (UI) development.
