This role is essential in driving the scoping, delivery, and strategic alignment of digital solutions across the business to ensure that technology investments directly enable growth, agility, and operational excellence. You’ll work in close partnership with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR, Projects, and Marketing to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver user-centric outcomes that make a real impact. If you’re passionate about digital transformation, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy bringing people and technology together, we’d love to hear from you!What You'll Do Stakeholder Engagement & Intake Take a leading role in partnering with the leadership team, Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR, and Marketing to align business solutions with strategic priorities Lead the intake and qualification of business needs, translating them into structured, actionable technology requirements Proactively identify and prioritize pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Solution Design & Delivery Own and lead full project lifecycles across ERP, CRM, CPQ, budgeting, BI, and workflow tools Drive strategic project planning, execution, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination Ensure that all delivered systems support measurable business outcomes and user satisfaction Change Management & Training Lead enterprise-wide enablement and change initiatives for new and existing systems Oversee the development of internal documentation, cheat sheets, and guides in collaboration with functional leaders Monitor rollout success, lead adoption efforts, and drive ongoing optimization based on user feedback BI, Analytics & Planning Enablement Partner with stakeholders to define analytics requirements, KPIs, and reporting priorities Collaborate with the Business Applications Leader and Cloud Systems Analyst to align backend architecture with business intelligence goals Ensure analytics initiatives deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making What You Should Bring Strong leadership experience in enterprise-scale business solutions, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, PIM, and BIProven success leading high-impact digital transformation and business enablement programs Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and executive engagement skills Capable of translating complex cross-functional requirements into scalable, phased solutions Why Join Us?At SARA Group, you’ll be part of a team where innovation meets collaboration.
