ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure soundness of solutions and recommendations related to integrity and major risk assurance management.Coordinate and develop performance reporting and action tracking for integrity and major risk management.Deliver accurate and reliable status updates of the Integrity Threat Register.Promote integrity management assurance across the organization.KEY ACTIVITIES Support preparation of the Technical Integrity Review Team (TIRT) meetings involving discipline leaders responsible for integrity management.Assist in preparing executive reviews of monthly technical integrity performance, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), major threats register, and critical action plans, including trend analysis.Prepare formal reports such as the Integrity Management and Risk (IMR) dashboard, composed of selected integrity measures and KPIs.Support the development of performance standards based on safety engineering input and established generic frameworks.Conduct or contribute to risk assessments related to anomalies and incidents; provide advice on integrity threats.Ensure equipment criticality classifications are updated within risk-based processes (e.g., RBI, RCM, CE Register).Verify local solutions align with company rules and objectives.Support impact assessments to ensure Requests for Change (RFC) comply with company standards and acceptable risk levels to personnel, assets, production, and the environment.Develop Standalone Risk Assessments (SRA) for existing integrity threats.Assist various disciplines, especially Field Operations (FOPS), with modification assessments focusing on technical integrity and process safety.Review Downgraded Situations (DGS) and provide operational input.Facilitate HAZID and HAZOP workshops for class RFC.Conduct Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) for various scenarios.Perform SIL classification using LOPA and Risk Graph methods.Support barrier and degradation monitoring activities.Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Degree or Master’s in Chemical Engineering.Minimum 15 years’ experience, including at least 10 years in upstream oil and gas, with 5 years in safety engineering and technical integrity within a large oil and gas organization.Familiarity with industry safety engineering standards and guidelines.COMPUTER SKILLS Proficient in business software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.Familiar with in-house tools such as SAP and SYNERGI.Experience with risk assessment tools and databases including PHAST and OREDA.Qualified Lead Process Safety Auditor.PERSONAL QUALITIES Strong team player.Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills and openness to knowledge sharing.Demonstrates leadership with excellent listening and communication abilities.Willingness to undertake frequent offshore visits.Sudmission Deadline: Please submit CVs on or before 29th June#J-18808-Ljbffr
