The role covers the full employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on engagement, internal communication, workforce well-being, and embedding values across all layers of the organization, especially the labor force and frontline operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive a values-based culture by aligning behaviors, internal programs, and communication across the company.Lead employees experience initiatives for both blue- and white-collar teams, with special focus on camp-based staff and farm operations.Design and implement people engagement strategies including synergy meetings, recognition programs, surveys, and well-being campaigns.Serve as a trusted partner to managers and supervisors, offering coaching and guidance on people leadership and team development.Act as a key liaison between operational leadership and workforce to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and proactive issue resolution.Oversee onboarding, training, and cultural integration of new hires.Collaborate with Management, Operations and QHSE to uphold ethical labor practices and UAE labor law compliance.Lead internal communication efforts that promote transparency, inclusion, and shared goals.Monitor engagement KPIs and share insights with management.Maintain accurate and organized HR records and systems, ensuring data is updated and fully protected.QUALIFICATIONS/ KEY SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).5–8 years’ experience in UAE, with a strong background in employee engagement, internal communication, and cultural programs.Past Agriculture/Aquaculture Farm environment: preferred during the selection process.Demonstrated success working with both blue- and white-collar teams.Deep understanding of UAE labor law and ethical labor standards.Fluency in English Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust across all levels.Proficient in MS Office and Human Resources Information System tools.UAE driving license mandatory (frequent farm site/ labor camp visits required in Dibba-Fujairah).Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Human Resources, Administrative, and Customer Service Industries Manufacturing, Farming, and Ranching and Fisheries Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Dibba Bay Oysters by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Human Resources Manager” roles.Dubai, United Arab Emirates 32 minutes ago Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 7 hours ago Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 4 hours ago We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
