Job Description: Facilities Inspector Civil Role Profile Job Title: Facilities Inspector Civil Function: Facilities Management & HSEJob Code: Division: Engineering Grade: (Specify Grade)Direct Supervisor: FM Services Manager Cost Center: (Specify Cost Center)Role Purpose The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure performance standards and procedures of FM Services providers are in line with the FM contract scope of work. Responsibilities include scheduling inspections, generating work orders for deviations, and reporting compliance status to the site manager. The role also supports FM team with civil and landscaping CAPEX projects, including scoping, tendering, and snagging.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Assist in preparing scope of works for civil & landscape CAPEX projects.Conduct site visits with contractors for civil/landscaping CAPEX works.Assist in PR issuance and evaluation of quotes.Inspect civil CAPEX works for quality and progress.Inspect landscaping CAPEX works and perform snagging on completion.Manage CAPEX projects from initiation to completion, ensuring proper documentation.Support site operations during FM executives' leave.Follow up on departmental audit reports and process updates.Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FM industry, including contract monitoring and building inspection.Experience in operations, maintenance, and asset condition monitoring.Technical Competencies Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance, and project management.Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Behavioral Competencies Change management, results-driven, customer focus.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Note: This job posting is active.
