Hays is currently supporting a regional financial institution in their search for a VP - Institutional Operationsto join their team in Doha. The VP - Institutional Operationsplays a critical role in managing and overseeing daily business operations, ensuring compliance with all processes, implementing strategies to optimise operational capabilities, and enhancing customer experience. Candidate Requirements: Strong understanding of business operations with practical banking expertise in corporate products such as Trade Finance, Treasury, Investments, and Corporate KYC requirements. Proven experience in strategic planning, with a solid grasp of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Proven track record of enhancing customer experience (CX) through strategic implementations. Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills, business insight, and a strong work ethic. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
