Posted on 01/20/2025Responsibilities Allocates jobs to subordinates according to their skills & levels to assure efficient & effective work.Makes sure promises to customers are kept & feeds back to service advisor any difficulties/hitches to avoid undesired customers’ surprises.Solves & diagnoses technical difficulties/problems encountered by subordinates for smooth & faster repair/maintenance.Manages workshop resources for high utilization and efficiency, thus enhancing productivity to achieve planned targets.Conducts on-the-job training & illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge.Feeds back ideas/suggestions to Asst. Workshop Manager for workshop process improvements.Prepares & submits administrative reports to Asst. Workshop Manager for service processes analysis & development.Supervises usage of workshop assets to ensure they are maintained in good condition.Requirements5-10 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance as an Automotive Workshop Electrical Supervisor in UAE - preferably in a dealership.Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.Familiarity with CAN bus systems and vehicle communication protocols.Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage systems.Reading, writing, and speaking in English is mandatory.Prefer to have a UAE driving license.Benefits include travel ticket, medical insurance, and family status as per Group policy and UAE labor law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
