Audio-Visual Manager (Broadcast Engineer)

Role Overview: As an Audio Visual Manager, you will participate in the construction and maintenance of our studios.It's your job to ensure that programs are broadcast on time and of the highest quality. You'll carry out updates and repairs as well as operate and maintain the systems.The perfect candidate should be able to build studios from scratch according to the provided plans and diagrams, manage the technical support team, and maintain various broadcast systems.Responsibilities: Installing and testing new facilities and equipment.Maintaining equipment for video production, broadcast, and interactive media.Setting up and monitoring audio-visual links between units.Analyzing and repairing technical faults on equipment and systems.Minimizing service loss during equipment failure by quickly identifying and implementing alternative solutions.Setting up and operating equipment and transmission links during outside broadcasts.Designing and installing custom audio-visual circuits.Designing and manufacturing hardware and systems.Developing awareness of best workplace health and safety practices.Interpreting and implementing instructions from product owners, creative directors, and colleagues.Communicating effectively with team members and colleagues.Requirements: Advanced knowledge of photography concepts such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and camera lenses.Experience in electronic engineering and communication equipment.Advanced knowledge of operating a video camera.Advanced knowledge of production video switchers.Experience with live chroma keying.Advanced understanding of SDI infrastructure.Sufficient color vision and hearing.Excellent IT and project management skills.Ability to work well in a team.Fault-finding skills and creative problem-solving capacity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail.Time management skills.Flexibility.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
