We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB and work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include: Portfolio Management: Launch and manage acquisitions, attrition, deepening, and cross-sell campaigns. Track effectiveness of marketing/sales programs to build market share through positive customer experience. Drive desired Net Promoter Score (NPS) behavior while working with other segments to ensure seamless integration and monitor competition for new product introductions and pricing changes.Reporting and MIS Analysis: Develop, streamline, and monitor business MIS reports. Provide administrative support to the line manager and colleagues to ensure accurate reporting that supports the business area.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and participate in change initiatives that drive efficiencies, supporting the achievement of financial goals and retail banking strategy.Risk Management and Compliance: Review and update banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance. Monitor risk levels and implement strategies to mitigate potential losses.Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures: Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure work is performed to the required standards and delivers quality service to customers and stakeholders.Self-Management: Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s policies to maximize contribution to business performance.Customer Service: Demonstrate ADCB’s service standards in all customer interactions to deliver excellent service levels.The ideal candidate should have the following experience: At least 6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics Deep technical knowledge of Retail Banking products and services Strong numerical and financial analysis skills Thorough understanding of global financial markets and trends What we offer: Competitive Salary: AED25,000–37,000 per month, with eligibility for variable pay plans.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical insurance, life and accident insurance, paid leave, airfare, loan and finance discounts, staff offers, and education assistance for certain levels.Flexible and Remote Work Options: To support work-life balance, depending on eligibility and role.Learning and Development: Opportunities include instructor-led courses, e-learning, on-the-job training, and professional development programs.At ADCB, we are committed to fostering a respectful, caring, and disciplined work environment aligned with your career aspirations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
