Description
Implement a high-level effective project management framework and project execution statement. Provide guidance and advice to staff regarding the production of the project execution plan, review content, and take ultimate responsibility for content prior to issue.Define and implement criteria for control and management of the project.Monitor, review, and take responsibility for the content of the project master programme. Ensure the structure aligns with the project WBS and provide strategic guidance for schedule formulation.Oversee progress updates of the master programme, liaise with stakeholders to address delays, and lead mitigation strategies.Ensure the contract programme under the construction contracts is in place, reviewed, approved, and updated thoroughly.Lead the control of project time, establish protocols for early warnings, and ensure personal ownership of changes.Implement a formal risk management process using the BMS risk register and management procedures.Chair risk meetings, participate in mitigation formulation, and discuss risk management regularly.Manage the technical and commercial performance of the engagement, undertake a full handover from the bid team, and develop an internal Project Management Plan per BMS guidelines covering delivery, resources, finances, and PSR.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management and/or civil engineering Membership/Chartership from a construction-related professional body20+ years of experience, with a proven track record on mega infrastructure projects About Atkins Realis Atkins Realis, created from long-standing organizations since 1911, is a global leader in professional services and project management dedicated to sustainable infrastructure and energy solutions.
