Architecture Draughtsman

Urgently required: a qualified and experienced Architectural Draughtsman. The candidates shall meet the below requirements: Architecture Draughtsman: Holding a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent/relevant field.7 years of experience, out of which 5 years in UAE.Fluent in English.Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.Able to execute architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, and details for tender purposes.Produce ID finishing details, such as tiling, RCP & joinery details.Coordinate architectural design drawings with MEP & structural services and detect clashes.Able to work independently to solve architectural & MEP conflicts if required.Calculate BUA, FAR, U-Value & glazing calculations as per Dubai authority requirements.Ability to execute drawings using BIM.Perform multi-tasking activities.Ability to manage strict deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
