UI Designer - Web & Digital Interfaces

As we scale, we're hiring a UI Designer who lives and breathes digital—this role is focused purely on web and mobile experiences.This role goes beyond pushing pixels. We're looking for someone who: Tells Stories Through Interfaces You guide users through intuitive, elegant digital journeys that combine form and function, emotionally and logically.Thrives in Ambiguity You shine when the brief is fuzzy, the goals unclear, and the client needs clarity. You bring structure to chaos.Designs with Business Outcomes in Mind You understand how user interfaces drive KPIs—be it conversion, engagement, or retention. You care about impact, not just aesthetics.Is Curious Beyond the Screen You observe systems and flows in daily life (think ATMs, airport check-ins) and apply those insights to your digital designs.Responsibilities Translate UX concepts and requirements into high-fidelity UI designs for websites and web/mobile applications.Work in Figma to create responsive layouts, components, and design systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, development, and project management.Participate in discovery sessions, design reviews, and client calls.Support UX activities like user journeys, wireframing, and low-fidelity prototyping as needed.Requirements3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web/digital products (agency or fast-paced digital team experience preferred).Strong portfolio with responsive web and/or mobile UI work.
